I'm 18, from Nepal, first year Computer Science at York St John. I moved here on my own and I've been teaching myself cloud alongside uni — mostly just building things and figuring it out as I go.

My uncle runs a trekking agency in Kathmandu. I built him a website and hosted it on AWS — that was my first real deployment. Not a tutorial, an actual live site with real visitors. That's when it clicked for me.

Now I'm working through the Cloud Resume Challenge — Terraform, Lambda, DynamoDB, the whole thing. I want a placement where I can work on real infrastructure with people who know more than me.
